We know how frustrating and even stressful it can be to have large production requirements only to run out (expectedly) of printing material. We're here to help with our materials subscription service for SLA and FDM printers. With a subscription, you are guaranteed:

Not ready to invest in 3D printing technology yet? We offer quality 3D printing solutions in SLA and FDM flavors. Just upload your files with your requested specifications and we will get back to you within a business day. Its as easy as 1-2-3.

It can be daunting to purchase 3D printers and scanners and not know how to begin your production line or digitize your work. Our tiered service plans are structured with you, the client, in mind. 

BASIC

FREE

All our printers and scanners are installed onsite*, free of charge.

We provide training for our printers and scanners, onsite* or online (10:00 - 18:00 GMT +8:00), free of charge.

All our printers and scanners come with 1-year warranty with the option for extension for an additional 2 years. During this time, all technical support is rendered free of charge.

We provide technical support for our printers and scanners via email (10:00 - 18:00 GMT +8:00) for all our clients.

We provide onsite* technical support for our printers and scanners for all our clients in the event of part replacement within 7 working days from the support request.

PREMIUM

Our premium-tier support solution includes everything in the basic-tier, with the following benefits:

We provide immediate technical support for our printers and scanners via phone (10:00 - 18:00 GMT +8:00).

We provide onsite* technical support for our printers and scanners for all our clients within 3 working days from the support request.

We provide parts replacement as well as temporary printers* in the event of repair offsite.

We offer printer and scanner trade-ins, regardless of warranty status or product life cycle.

We provide refresher training for our printers and scanners, onsite* or online (10:00 - 18:00 GMT +8:00). Advanced bookings required.

Workspace Design

WORKSPACE DESIGN

Even more daunting than procuring 3D printers and scanners is updating your workspaces, from equipment placement to suitable storage and furniture. We offer consultation services with you, your workflow and requirements, in mind. 

We start by providing a free tele-consult via Skype or Google Meet (10:00 - 18:00 GMT +8:00).

You will receive a detailed design proposal from us within 3 business days after initial payment. 

We will initiate the redesign of your workspace, with staggered payments required only at milestones of your project. *
